Developed Custom "Request for Quote" application for Brawn Mixer website. The "Request for Quote" guides the client through the process of collecting information about the mixer configuration.
Dynamic Forms
The form dynamically changes the form based upon selections by the client.
All data collected is sent electronically in a spreadsheet to a Brawn Representative.

It is now easier for Brawn to provide custom quotes to clients that are accurate based upon the information provided by the client.
Maintain Form Responses
Selections on the form can be modified via an Administration Panel by a Brawn Administrator. This allows Brawn to add responses that the client may select.

JHarpe Realty - Data Driven Property Listings

JHarpe Realty needed an easy to use tool to add and remove property listings. Foxbright worked with the JHarpe Realty to determine the required functional aspects of the website. An easy to use administration was developed to allow the customer to manage and maintain all aspects of the website.
Manage Property Categories
Add and remove categories and manage display order on Property Listings Page.
Manage Properties
Add and Remove property and assign each property to a category.

Manage Property Photos
Add photos, maps to property listing. Control order of photos.
Also able to easily insert virtual tours on website.
Update Other Content Areas - JHarpe Realty can also update other pages on the website using an easy to use WYSIWYG editor.
View Request for Contacts - Any visitor that fills out a form requesting information is available for viewing on-line by JHarpe Realty. This prevents losing a request because the email is not received.
JHarpe Property Listings
Ergonomics Health Care Application
Ergonomics Data Collection and Analysis and Report Engine for Call Centers, Office, Transportation and Health Care. It is a hosted application used by clients across the US including Herman Miller.
Engagements
An Employee can setup 1 or more engagements. For each engagement, employees can register on-line and take a survey to determine their comfort level in the workplace.
Assessment & Recommendations
The system reviews the employees responses and creates an on-line report indicating troublesome areas for each employee and ways to correct the problem before injury occurs. Employers can indicate what areas they would like to correct to improve the work place for each employee. The employee is also provided with simple changes that they can make to improve their comfort level.
Follow Up Surveys
After corrections are made, the employee can log-in again and fill out a follow-up survey on-line. The employee can do this several times during the time period. This allows the employer to track improvements and progress made to make a healthier and safer work environment for employees.
Pathways 4 - Occupational Medicine Patient Workflow
Designed and developed a Software Application for Grand Rapids client. The custom software is used in medical clinics to provide quality and consistent patient care. The system provides for company registration and clinic profiles for employees; registration of patients; patient work flow; company reports and a billing application.
Company Registration
Each company is registered within the Pathways4 system. Each company has "profiles" defined for varying types of Patient Visits. These profiles define exactly the types of exams and lab work to be performed for the employee.
Immediate Results
After an employee is seen at the clinic, reports are emailed directly to the contacts within the company regarding the results of the visit. Each company can define who receives what reports based upon why the employee was seen and what exams/labs were performed on the patient.
Medical Billing
From the clinical record, all billing information is captured including exam, lab, procedures, dispensed medications and supplies. Charges for the visit are automatically created after the patient is discharged. These charges are then reviewed and then added to either a HCFA or Invoice.
Accounts Receivable
The system also provides all interfaces needed to record payments received, apply payments to the correct charges; create statements; reconsiderations for payment denial and refunds for overpayment.
Reports & Metrics
The system has a rich set of reports, both for the companies and administrative reports for the clinic. The system has maintains metrics in regards to the patient visit. All aspects of the patient visit are timestamped so that an accurate understanding of where time was spent during the patient visit can be analyzed. The system provides reporting on efficiency of the office and if best practices are being followed.
