Accessibility Training

Your school website must be accessible to users with disabilities. Learn how to create accessible and compliant content.  This class will provide an introduction to the rules and guidelines and will cover:

  • how to properly structure content on your page
  • how to create proper hyperlinks
  • when to use alternative text
  • proper use of tables
  • creating accessible PDF documents
  • tools available to caption videos and help information for transcripts

Foxbright CMS New User Training

This course is intended for users new to the Foxbright CMS or those that have not had any formal training.  The training will focus on:

  • Editing your page content including:
    • Formatting content
    • Pasting content from MS Word
    • Adding Links and uploading files
    • Adding pictures to your page
    • Adding new pages
  • Photo Gallery
    • How to create a gallery
    • How to add a gallery to a page
    • Review gallery display options

Length: 1 hour
Audience: Teachers, Content Editors


Foxbright CMS Intermediate Training

Prerequisites: Foxbright CMS New User Training

This course focuses on the following features of the Foxbright CMS:

  • News, Newsletters and Alerts
  • Calendars and integration with Google Calendars, or other 3rd party calendars
  • Spotlights

Length: 1 hour
Audience: Teachers, Content Editors, Web Administrators


Foxbright CMS Advanced Training

Prerequisites: Foxbright New User Training

Foxbright will offer advanced module training for:

  • Custom On-line Forms
  • Staff Listings
  • Password Protected Pages
  • Stories

Length: 1 hour (single feature)
Audience: Content Editors, Web Administrators

On-Site Training
