Why isn't my the news item I added showing up?
If a news item isn't showing up on your page, here are a few things to check:
If a news item isn't showing up on your page, here are a few things to check:
- Check the article date. If the date is in the future, the article will not show until that date. This allows for scheduling a news item today and not have it show until a planned future date.
- Check to be sure that it is in the correct News Section. Each news page pulls from only one news section. If you put your article in a different section, it will not appear on the page.
- Check the Archive Date. If the archive date has already passed, then the article will not show up on the normal page.
- If your news article is to show on your homepage in Headline News, Display in Headline News must be selected in the News Article. Edit the news article and make sure that Display in News Headlines is set to Yes.
