Is pricing really per student?
Yes. One rate per student, per year — that's the whole price for the plan. No per-page fees, no surprise add-ons. Use the calculator above to see your number.
What's the difference between the three plans?
Core is your website design, hosting, support and unlimited licensing to the Foxbright Content Management System. Connect adds the personalized and branded mobile app. Complete adds mass notification — calls, texts, and email along with your SIS integration. The table above breaks down every feature line by line.
What does the 3-year agreement commit us to?
Your per-student rate is locked in for the full term, so it doesn't climb year over year. That covers your service details for all three years.
Is there a setup or launch fee?
Yes — a one-time launch fee that covers design, content migration, and getting your site live. It's spelled out in your written proposal, so there's no guessing.
Do you migrate our existing content?
Yes. Guided content migration is included in every plan, so you're not rebuilding from scratch.
What if we have more than 5,000 students?
We do volume pricing above 5,000 students. Send us your enrollment and we'll send back a real number built for your size.
What's included in support?
Every plan includes unlimited phone and email support, a dedicated account manager, and access to our help desk library. You never pay extra to get help.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. If your needs grow — say you want the mobile app or mass notification — you can change plans. Just talk to your account manager.
