How much does Foxbright cost?
Pricing depends on your organization's size and the solutions you choose, like website, mobile app, notifications and ADA services. We build a quote around what you actually need. Fill out the form and we'll send options.
What happens after I submit the form?
A member of our team will reach out within 1-2 business days to learn about your goals. From there, we'll set up a personalized demo and put together a quote.
How long does a new website take to launch?
New projects can launch in as little as a few weeks but most take 10-12 weeks to do well. Timeline depends on content, design and how many sites are involved (for example, a district site plus building sites). You'll have a dedicated project manager guiding you from kickoff to launch.
Will you move our existing content over?
Yes, we manually migrate existing content. Our team works with you to decide what to carry over and what to refresh.
Are Foxbright websites ADA compliant?
Yes. Our CMS is built with accessibility in mind and includes built-in compliance tools, staff training and ongoing audits. That helps you meet the 2027 and 2028 ADA Title II deadlines for schools, cities and townships and stay compliant after that.
Do the mobile app and notifications connect to our student information system?
Yes. Our mass notification system integrates with your SIS, so you can send emergency alerts, balance notifications and everyday updates to the right families.
Is the CMS easy for non-technical staff?
Yes. Our CMS is designed so teachers, assistants and communications staff can update pages without any coding knowledge. We provide training at launch and ongoing support with an average response time of less than one hour.
