Video Block Settings: Autoplay/Loop Added

Toggles to activate 'Autoplay' and 'Loop' have been added to the Video Block. The Video Block is the preferred method for embedding YouTube and Vimeo videos on a page so they are ADA compliant and mobile responsive. While traditional embeds often supported 'Autoplay' and 'Loop' functions through the embed code, these embeds are often not compliant or truly responsive. With the updates to the video block, videos can now be set to 'Autoplay' and/or 'Loop' - however, regardless of whether a video is embedded through html or the video block, whether a video autoplays or loops may depend on an individual site visitor's browser settings. If a video is set to play with one of these functions turned on, please check your browser's settings if the video isn't behaving as expected.
