Default Media Image size category added

A Default Media Image size category has been added to all sites. This size (600x338) has been added as the default for building images (in building information) for use in the Building Search/List features. This is also a useful size to apply to News Feeds as this ratio is a preferred ratio for content shared on social media.

We've also unlocked all default size categories defined on websites so that web administrators can update them as needed. Historically, Foxbright has provided default sizes which now, over time, became smaller than ideal for today's websites - I'm looking at you 150x150 news image... These sizes can now be updated by all web administrators in the configuration menu so that obsolete categories no longer need to remain if they aren't in use.
