New Help Desk / Support Portal
Foxbright has transitioned to a new help desk and support portal. This change welcomes a dynamic help desk for our documentation and video library and will help us serve clients more effectively with a support portal that integrates with other customer service software our team uses. This portal offers features such as a chat widget and a customer login providing users an easy way to track tickets and requests.
Here's what you need to know:
- Access the new portal via helpdesk.foxbright.com
- The help desk will require a login which supports Single Sign On through Google or Microsoft. These accounts will help Foxbright serve our users better as requests are connected to, and organized by client and user. It will help users track and review their requests over time, and provide access to our library of tutorials and documentation.
- Responding to existing tickets will create a new ticket # within the new portal.
- We suggest adding [email protected] to your email contacts in order to avoid having replies directed to a spam folder.
- Our support phone (616.988.2400) and email will remain the same, sending a message to [email protected] will continue to create support tickets automatically within our new portal.
